Throughout the inspection process, our operators take critical point measurements. Those measurements, along with every step of every process, are monitored, executed, and completed with accuracy and personal ownership.
THE INSPECTION INSTRUMENTS
Faro Edge Arm PCMM Laser Scanner and Probe with PolyWorks Software
- This portable CMM can perform precision 3D inspections wherever needed. Plus, the Laser Line Probe has the added benefit of non-contact functionality to easily and precisely capture millions of data points when required. In addition, the Faro Edge Arm is capable of quickly checking details in an assembly.
Keyence VL-570 Series CMM 3D Camera CNC Scanner
- The VL-570 is also capable of capturing millions of data points per 3D scan. Even complex shapes can be easily measured and analyzed with a high degree of accuracy, including color reporting capability. Plus, the VL-570 can quickly scan high volumes of small parts, regardless of geometry.
