DuraMold’s Prototype Tools for Low-Volume Production
One of the services we provide at DuraMold is the manufacture of prototype tools. This tooling is for customers who require low cost concept tooling to make low volumes of quality production parts with limited time and budget. Production tooling often takes extensive time and effort to design, manufacture, and test, but the prototyping process can result in a quality prototype tool in as little as 20% of the time it would take to make a production tool. That includes sample parts made to ensure the tooling works as intended.
